What was your reaction: I was amazed by how much detail was put into the environment and the experience it's self. At first it was very slow and nothing moved but by the end there was amazing 4D shows and amazing effects that gave the audience a sense that they were apart of the world, they were also put into situations or in angles that enhanced the experience and just made it that more immersive. I thought a particularly cool part was when Jack Sparrow was brought to life with a lighting bolt. This was the starting point of when everything started to move and became epic. I also thought the scene with the pirate war was very clever. It was all done on a 360 screen but it looked seamless when put up against the water. What connections did you make with the work you just viewed: It was definitely a narrative driven ride. And because the movies are so well known we can assume that the average rider is familiar with the characters portrayed. So from the start we are rooting for Ja...

My Character
My character's dominant trait is that they are cowardly and selfish however they appear to be heroic and brave. They're side trait is that they love gold and shiny things. something they say: "I am here! Everything will be ok." something they do: If some monster, creature or person tries to fight him or wants to hurt him and he knows he can't win he does everything in his power to get out of that situation. Like, "uh oh, didn't stretch got a cramp, gotta go!" or "I would fight you but it wouldn't be a fair fight." And if all else fails, he will hail mary into the nearest bush, building or just run. something they wear that suggests the complimentary trait: He is always adorned with some kind of impressive gold or shiny jewelry. But he always, ALWAYS has his family's gold seal ring on his right middle finger. He likes to catch the light and makes it shine. He also has is polished every night by a servant, and he watches as he s...
Planet Thoughts
Planet Thoughts I'm thinking of a planet that is a mixture between Avatar and the Ewoks from Star Wars. So heavy forest and maybe more of a swampy or a rainforest environment without oceans and big bodies of water, I mean there'll still be some just not like Earth with the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific. As far as civilization and society goes I'm thinking more tribe based and probably something along the lines of ancient South American cultures, which includes the idea that if religion becomes an aspect in this project the sun will probably be a big source of worship. So as said before I'm thinking of something between Avatar and Ewoks and that means for the creatures that inhabit this planet I'm thinking humanoid but a little for furry with animal like features. I also think the garb will be South American based as well as any kind of weapons (spears, bow and arrows, knives etc.). I don't know if I'll add any kind of advanced technology that we'r...
